Living in Sync
Hove Girls' Health & Wellbeing Partner
Living in Sync provides evidence-informed education to help girls, parents, schools and sports clubs navigate puberty, periods and adolescent female health with greater confidence.
Founded by Women's Health Practitioner and Educator Claire McGuinness, who has a strong nursing background, Living in Sync focuses on giving girls the knowledge and support they need as their bodies change, particularly during the years when many girls begin to disengage from sport.
Claire works with parents, players and coaches across areas including puberty, menstrual health, nutrition, breast health and sports bras, confidence, and supporting girls to stay healthy and active through adolescence.
Living in Sync is proud to be working with Hove Girls Rugby as its Girls' Health & Wellbeing Partner, delivering the Hove Girls Rugby Health Series and providing ongoing education and support for girls, parents and coaches.
Educate her early, empower her for life.
